We are proud to introduce Crown Roofing, a company actively involved in the roofing industry since 1902.

Crown Roofing commenced operations in 1902. Though various name changes have occurred through time, Crown Roofing was always the namesake. The company was owned by Albert Facer in 1948 and remained in “Berts” control, until nephew Dennis Facer took the reins in 1988.

Greg Mason started with Crown Roofing in February 1988, as a flat roof foreman and crew leader. As a journeyman roofer, Greg was instrumental in advancing Crown from a roof repair company, to a modern full service roofing company, specializing in reroofing existing buildings.

In 1992 Crown Roofing became an active member of the RCABC and continues as an active member of the organization.   

We offer a total roofing, reroofing, waterproofing and repair service on flat roof systems, single ply membranes and built-up-assemblies. (tar and gravel)

We work on commercial, industrial and residential properties, satisfying the needs of owners and managers alike.

Here are a few of the services we provide in each reroofing endeavor:

• evaluation of existing systems and functional use
• insulation efficiencies based on building use and type
• thermal cycling, heat gain and heat loss
• modern day equipment, (a pickup truck just doesn’t cut it.)

We fabricate and install custom sheet metal flashings in our full service sheet metal shop, using available architectural colours.

We have construction bonding capabilities for projects requiring this kind of security, and carry a $5 million liability package.
